Tet
As everyone should know, Tet (Chinese New Year) is coming soon in just a couple of days and I could tell that me and my vietnamese friends from school are so excited about it! I could just imagine as it is happening already: Walking to the big temple with your ao dai (a traditional vietnamese dress) on, greeting other people, receiving ‘free’ money, and devouring yummy, delicious snacks and food. Cheerful music being played all around, big beautiful flowers placed around everywhere…I mean, who ISN’T agitated about this day? My wallet is empty and hungry but I know that after Chinese New Year, it will be as fat as a pig! I wish everyone an early but enthusiastic Chinese New Year! (Tet)
