18 years since I got off the plane in Saginaw, MI and experienced many of my firsts: 1st home away from home, 1st (and only) homecoming and prom, 1st snow, 1st Jack-o-lantern, 1st white Christmas, 1st football game, 1st trip to NYC….(I’m starting to lose track here). When you find a family that’s not related to you but love you like their own, they make a scrapbook for you, and be there to cheer you on through out many of your milestones, you hold on to them and call them your forever family. 🥰 - Na
