Pink lady: Okie, let's do it.
Red lady: first, hold your fist tight, kneel down, and put both hands on the floor.

Pink lady: what?!! Really?? My hair is way shorter than yours
Red lady: no worries. Mine used to be that short too. And my hair has grown longer ever since I started doing push-ups.
