Pho bac in America - Julian T.





I often told my friends that most of the best Vietnamese Restaurants in the world are in America and not Vietnam. Great food came from good quality and fresh ingredient, and you can't beat California for that. Why? The food is cook by Vietnamese with the best ingredients, that's why. "Me chef, me know, you will not argue me there."

The best "Pho Bac" and my favorites at Mon Ami cafe. Soup is serve real hot to the last spoon with raw Filet Mignon on the side, plenty of chopped green scallions. My buddies and I once eat here 3 days in the roll. Very addictive!
