The 2 non-stop bakers - Doan Dan Anh

A French bakery was opened and more attention was caught up. There were only 2 people that worked there. They both were named, Jack and Jennie. Jack was the cashier and Jennie was the baker, but both of them worked together. One morning, they got a call from a lady that will be having a huge celebration and will need 3 tiers of cake and chocolate filling with vanilla mix, and shipped to her in 2 days. She told them the design and sent a sketch of what the cake should look like. By the time, Jack and Jennie hanged up; they knew they need to get working. But not much people will be coming that day, so Jack spent the whole time being a baker. They started making the dough in the mixer. Jennie was in control of the ingredients and Jack was the mixer and will be adding some spices or liquid to the recipe if needed. They both worked really hard and stayed up all night. The next day, the cake needs to be frosted, covered with fondant, and decorated before midnight. So they had to be separated in parts. Jack was in charge of the frosting and Jennie was in charge for fondant and decorations. Jack was done with his station first and spread frosting all over the cake and walked the cake off in the cooling chamber. After being cooled, Jennie needed to put fondant on the cake. She used blue, pink, and green for each of the tiers. Right after that, she glued the decorations with water. She made flowers, animals, and food courses which were very cute! It took about 30 minutes to be done with the gluing. Jack placed the 3 tiers of cake together by brushing water on each surface. Jennie and Jack both walked the heavy but, beautiful cake to the truck. They were so proud of themselves and their work. And on the following days, they got a letter from the lady who asked for the cake. She was actually a food critic and sent a report around France. She loved the taste and color they splashed on. After the letter passed on through France, the bakery store was a famous place for desserts, coffee, and a great place for ordering cakes! Soon, Jack and Jennie made 104 cakes in just 3 weeks! And they got promoted to work at Vietnam for a few months. Once they got back to France, news got everywhere. They owned a new bakery somewhere in Paris and became one of the famous bakers, lived in Paris!
