Dr. Tran must be very very happy to know this new rule since looooooong time ago, when she was at teen, she once stopped her bicycle at the middle of the road and yelled at one man standing against the wall of Dai Hoc Sai Gon: "Anh kia! Không được tiểu (ngoài) đường!"
