I think Eric already sent you the answer BUT I don’t think he told you the whole thing !
To get Gold award, Eric needs to collect 4 x Silver Awards.
To have Silver one, Eric need to have 4 x Level 2 Awards.
To have Level 2 one, Eric need to have 4 x Level 1 Awards.
Basically Eric have collected a total of 64 academic awards in the last 2 years !!!
