WHEN YOU ARE FEELING LOW


When you're feeling low (down, angry, not yourself, serious, frightened, or whatever), rather than trust what you are seeing and feeling, and taking it too seriously and reacting to it, see if you can become just a little suspicious of the way you're seeing things.  Rather than blaming yourself, or others, or your circumstances, put at least some of the blame where it belongs - on your mood!

Be aware of how quickly your negative and insecure thinking can spiral out of control.  Have you ever noticed how uptight you feel when you're caught up in your thinking? And, to top it off, the more absorbed you get in the details of whatever is upsetting you, the worse you feel.

Or when you are feeling low,
just look at those happy faces
then, your low feeling will flow away :)
