IN QUIET REFLECTION

 in a quiet reflection.


Rather  than beginning your day scrambling around at a frenetic, hurried pace, try waking up each day at least fifteen minutes earlier than everyone else and create a ritual of nourishing silence,  Meditate or watch the sunrise while sipping your coffee or tea. Or spend some time in prayer or quiet reflection.
