Mindfulness is very simple, yet not necessarily an easy process. It means being totally aware of what you're doing, while you're doing it. For instance, when you're breathing, you're consciously aware that you are breathing. You feel your breath going in and out. When you're listening to someone, you're really listening. You don't let your mind wander - and, if it does, you gently bring it back to the moment.
